LOS ANGELES - Did the legal battle between former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean and pageant organizers suddenly conclude because organizers presented Prejean with a sex tape starring the religiously devout beauty queen?

Celebrity site TMZ says yes and CNN, last night, said a source with knowledge of the settlement confirmed it. Crimesider has no independent verification of the story at this time.

LOS ANGELES - A former Miss California, Carrie Prejean, and organizers of the state beauty pageant, have settled dueling lawsuits surrounding Prejean's high-profile stand on gay marriage, and her much-remarked-upon breast implants.

Now, everyone can stand down.

A joint statement released Tuesday says Prejean and pageant organizers reached a confidential settlement on both legal fronts.

LOS ANGELES – Hey Carrie Prejean, "Give us your boob money back!"

That seems to be what California pageant organizers are saying to dethroned beauty queen Carrie Prejean, who went under the knife within the last year to boost her "assets."

The anti-gay marriage advocate still owes organizer "K2 Productions" $5,200, it's alleged in the group's new lawsuit, for the breast implants that helped make her the stuff of guy's fantasies.

NEW YORK - In the end, Yvonne Jean Pampellonne wasn't tripped up by her fingerprints or by her DNA. In a stroke of genius worthy of a "CSI" plot, detectives used the tracking numbers on her discarded breast implants to identify the woman who allegedly impersonated another when she went into a Huntington Beach, California clinic to undergo thousands of dollars in surgery to exchange her old implants for fresh ones.

Pampellonne, who is charged with grand theft, identity theft and burglary is scheduled for arraignment today.
