Jeremy Aikman and Porn Star Wife Janine Lindemulder Battle Sandra Bullock for Custody of Kids

NEW YORK - Sandra Bullock has some concerns not only over her husband's porn star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, but of Lindemulder's new lover, ex-con Jeremy Aikman.

According to ABC News, court records show Aikman has a record of "several convictions involving alcohol, guns and manufacture of narcotics."

Sandra Bullock Battles Porn Star Janine Lindemulder for Child Custody

PORTLAND, Ore. - Sandra Bullock is embroiled in a custody battle between her husband and his porn star ex-wife.

The Hollywood actress is standing by her celebrity-mechanic husband Jesse James as he fights his second wife Janine Lindemulder's attempts to regain custody of their five-year-old daughter, Sunny.

James has had sole guardianship of the child since Lindemulder, a former adult film star, was jailed for tax evasion.

Jury Recommends Life Sentence in "Alpha Dog" Murder

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Jurors recommended a life sentence Wednesday for Jesse James Hollywood for orchestrating the kidnap-murder of a 15-year-old boy – a crime that inspired the movie "Alpha Dog."

Jurors deliberated about two days before recommending life without the possibility of parole instead of a death sentence. The judge is scheduled to formally sentence Hollywood Oct. 21.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The case that inspired Justin Timberlake's "Alpha Dog" film has ended in a murder conviction for a marijuana dealer who kidnapped and ordered the killing of a 15-year-old boy.

Jesse James Hollywood faces a possible death sentence after his conviction for kidnapping and murdering the brother of a man that owed him $2500 for drugs.

Hollywood Takes The Stand In "Alpha Dog" Murder Trial

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Jesse James Hollywood took the stand at his trial Monday where he is accused of orchestrating the kidnap and murder of a 15-year-old boy that inspired the movie "Alpha Dog," which starred Justin Timberlake.

Dressed in a black suit and striped tie, Hollywood told a captivated jury that he was a marijuana supplier in the San Fernando Valley about a decade ago, earning about $10,000 a month in sales.

“My market was some of what I created, mostly high-grade (marijuana),” Hollywood said matter-of-factly about his operation where he tapped his friends and associates to sell pot.

'Alpha Dog' Murder Trial Begins; Prosecutor Called Jesse James Hollywood A Coward

SANTA BARBARA - Jesse James Hollywood ordered the murder of a 15-year-old boy after kidnapping him to force his half-brother to pay a $1,200 drug debt, a prosecutor said Friday during his opening trial statement in the case that was made into the 2007 movie "Alpha Dog."

Deputy District Attorney Joshua Lynn called Hollywood the mastermind behind the crimes.

Hollywood killed Nicholas Markowitz "like he pulled the trigger himself," Lynn said. "The evidence will show Mr. Hollywood is a ruthless coward."
