PORTLAND, Ore. - Sandra Bullock is embroiled in a custody battle between her husband and his porn star ex-wife.

The Hollywood actress is standing by her celebrity-mechanic husband Jesse James as he fights his second wife Janine Lindemulder's attempts to regain custody of their five-year-old daughter, Sunny.

James has had sole guardianship of the child since Lindemulder, a former adult film star, was jailed for tax evasion.

LOS ANGELES - Brian Lee Randone, the self-proclaimed preacher who was also a contestant on "The Sexiest Bachelor in America," will stand trial on charges that he tortured and murdered his girlfriend, ex-soft core movie actress and model Felicia Lee, aka Felicia Tang.

A Pasadena judge ruled Tuesday there's enough evidence to try 45-year-old Randone.

LOS ANGELES - A self-proclaimed preacher who was on the "America's Sexiest Bachelor" pageant will be arraigned next week for allegedly torturing and murdering ex-porn actress Felicia Lee, who also performed under the name Felicia Tang.

Brian Lee Randone was charged last week with beating and suffocating his girlfriend, Lee, at their home. He faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

PHILADELPHIA - Twin porn stars can now add twin plea bargains to their credits.

Skin flick star Keyontyli Goffney, 27, has pleaded guilty to acting as a lookout while his twin brother and sometime co-star cut holes through the roofs of Philadelphia businesses to break inside. Goffney, of Arlington, N.J., pleaded guilty to burglary and criminal conspiracy.

PHILADELPHIA - A porn star who was accused of using a handsaw and an ax to break into stores through their rooftops while his twin brother and occasional co-star acted as a lookout is going to prison for at least three years.

Taleon Goffney, who appeared with his brother in such gay skin flicks as “Marc and the Twins,” was arrested last year after police said they saw the twins breaking into a beauty shop.
